Emma's journey began in the heart of our community as an American Sign Language interpreter, where she swiftly recognized the transformative potential of unity and collaboration. Throughout the years, she has taken on various roles — 

from advocate and mentor to strategist.

At the helm of My True Prosperity, Emma's leadership embodies her core values of compassion, innovation, and inclusivity. She envisions a world where prosperity knows no boundaries, where tradition seamlessly merges with innovation to create lasting change. With her guidance, My True Prosperity isn't just a platform for success; it's a conduit for empowerment and enduring transformation.

Bill Mills is a dynamic and visionary leader deeply committed to transforming communities through innovative financial empowerment. 

Bill's journey includes ten years of experience in the retail sector, followed by a decade in banking and then thirteen years 

in the nonprofit world. 

He seamlessly blends his 

extensive background 

with his entrepreneurial spirit and creative storytelling prowess. 

In his previous position at a membership organization, he grew the partnership 2000% and increased funding three-fold. 

Bill is renowned worldwide for his expertise in "Financial Edutainment", reaching viewers across six continents and all fifty states. He initiated a nationally renowned think-tank involving high school interns, producing innovative solutions and policy recommendations for personal financial capability. His influence extends beyond borders; playing a pivotal role in consulting with a South Korean delegation to establish a financial empowerment movement for their entire country!

Bill's career is defined by his unique ability to bridge innovation with community engagement, inspiring prosperity for all and leaving an enduring legacy. He loves to be referred to as the Chief Prosperity Officer!

 Hello, my name is Carmen Pena. With three years of experience facilitating virtual VITA sessions, I take great pride in guiding both returning and new volunteers through our comprehensive training programs. My commitment is to support VITA volunteers on a national scale, ensuring their success and enhancing the impact of our services.  

In addition to my work with VITA, I bring over a decade of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. I have also spent the last three years facilitating training for the Certified Financial Capability Practitioner program, further contributing to the development of financial literacy professionals. 

 Claudia Navarro commenced her professional journey with the Bright Minds program as a High School Intern in the summer of 2021. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and a strong work ethic, she swiftly advanced through the ranks, holding positions as Cohort Lead, Cohort Manager, and ultimately, Internship Manager. Claudia currently serves as the Assistant Operations Manager at My True Prosperity, where she continues to contribute to the organization’s success. She is concurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Valencia College, further refining her expertise and commitment to excellence.
